I wish everyone wellness, safety and hope for the future.

It all started in 2002 with "One Seed" the children's story, play and song, a simple 'little book' that has now been used in schools and homes around the world. It is a story about life, and how the courage of one has deep and far-reaching impact. This is now followed by "The Day the Wind Changed" with the videos and second edition E-book just released in March 2020.

Additional fun stories have been added to A Bite of Sliced Bread from the book, published in 1999, and presently out of print. Recent story additions have included "Doors", a gag played on the late Alex Trebek when we were working for CBC Television and the show Outside/Inside, and a redo of the autobiographical- biographical interview with the late Paul Horn, grandfather of New Age Music, titled Music as Healer, which was also originally published in Sliced Bread.
